If I were president, I would focus on the future of America which is the youth. I would make sure that policies are being enforced to help young people be prosperous in schools so that their future will be better. I would also come up with a plan to help senior citizens pay for medical expences. Not only senior citizens but to everyone. To make some things in life easier for them. There should be no one living in poverty in America. The idea is almost impossible to provide everyone with a stable financial situation and a stable home and job, but if I were president, I would make some kind of change to come closer to making the impossible possible. It has been stated that we are living in the "fierce urgency of now". Now is when we should be looking at our future as a whole instead of looking at the past and trying to fix it. As much as we would like to and as much as we could prevent, we can't go back in time and fix our mistakes, so we should start making up for them now and preparing for the future.
